Omanyte

Omanyte is a dual Rock/Water-type Fossil Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It is known for its distinctive spiral shell and ten tentacles, which it uses to capture prey. As an ancient Pokémon, Omanyte is revived from a Helix Fossil, a rare artifact found in the Kanto region. It evolves into Omastar starting at Level 40. Omanyte's natural habitat would have been ancient seas, where it swam using its tentacles and fed on plankton. Its shell provided protection from predators. In the Pokémon games, Omanyte is one of the choices for a Fossil Pokémon that can be revived, alongside Kabuto. Its unique design and status as a "fossil" Pokémon have made it a fan favorite, representing the ancient history within the Pokémon world. The Helix Fossil itself has gained a cult following due to its role in a popular Twitch Plays Pokémon stream, further cementing Omanyte's cultural significance.
