Whismur evolves into Loudred at level 20, and then into Exploud at level 40, forming a powerful evolutionary line centered around sound-based attacks. In the games, Whismur is often found in caves, such as the Rusturf Tunnel, where its timid nature allows it to hide effectively. Its diet consists primarily of small insects and plant matter, and its behavior is characterized by its shyness, often startling easily and then letting out a powerful cry. Despite its initial timidness, its evolutions are known for their immense sonic power, making the Whismur line a formidable force in battles. Its Normal typing gives it a single weakness to Fighting-type moves, while being immune to Ghost-type attacks, making it a versatile addition to many teams.
