Togetic is a dual-type Fairy/Flying Pokémon, though in earlier generations it was Normal/Flying. It is the evolved form of Togepi and evolves into Togekiss. Togetic was first introduced in Generation II of the Pokémon games, appearing in Pokémon Gold and Silver. Its Pokédex entries often describe it as a "Happiness Pokémon" that shares joy with kind-hearted people, appearing only in front of those who are pure of heart. In the anime, Misty's Togepi evolves into Togetic, showcasing its gentle and caring personality.
