Togepi

Togepi, the Spike Ball Pokémon, is a beloved Fairy-type (originally Normal-type in Generation II when it was introduced) creature that first appeared in the Johto region, Generation II. Its iconic egg-shell appearance and cheerful disposition have made it a fan favorite since its debut in the anime as Misty's companion. Togepi evolves into Togetic when leveled up with high friendship, and then into Togekiss with a Shiny Stone. In the wild, Togepi are said to share their good fortune with those who are kind to them, and they are often found in lush, peaceful environments. They are typically shy and prefer to hide within their eggshells, only peeking out when they feel safe. Despite their small size, Togepi possess a surprising amount of latent power, often manifesting as Metronome, a move that can trigger almost any other move.
