Natu

Natu is a dual-type Psychic/Flying Pokémon, first appearing in Generation II with the release of Pokémon Gold and Silver. Known as the Tiny Bird Pokémon, it is characterized by its small, round, green body, large eyes, and a prominent orange beak. Natu's natural habitat includes forests, ruins, and areas with ancient structures, often found in regions like Johto and Hoenn, where it can perch and observe its surroundings. Its diet primarily consists of small insects and berries. Natu is known for its peculiar behavior of standing still and staring intently, sometimes for extended periods, as if observing something unseen. This behavior is often attributed to its Psychic abilities, suggesting it might be peering into the future or perceiving things beyond normal human comprehension. Natu evolves into Xatu, a much larger and more powerful Psychic/Flying type, at level 25. In the games, Natu often appears early on, providing players with an accessible Psychic-type option. In the anime, Natu has made several appearances, typically depicted as a mysterious and observant creature. Its unique design and enigmatic behavior have given it a modest cultural significance, representing the more mystical and observational aspects of the Pokémon world. Its Psychic typing gives it an advantage against Fighting and Poison types, while its Flying typing makes it strong against Fighting, Bug, and Grass types. However, it is vulnerable to Electric, Ice, Rock, Ghost, and Dark type attacks.
