Morpeko is often seen foraging for berries, and its electric sacs produce a shocking discharge when it becomes irritable due to hunger. Its distinct personality and ability to change forms make it a memorable Pokémon in the Galar region, appearing prominently alongside Marnie, one of the rival trainers in Pokémon Sword and Shield. Morpeko's design draws inspiration from guinea pigs and hamsters, common pets known for their voracious eating habits.
