Kyogre is a legendary Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III, known as the Sea Basin Pokémon. Kyogre has no evolutionary line, existing as a singular, powerful entity. In the games, Kyogre is the mascot of Pokémon Sapphire and a key figure in the storyline involving Team Aqua's attempt to expand the oceans. As a Water-type, it is typically strong against Fire, Ground, and Rock types, while being weak to Electric and Grass types.
