Kyogre

Kyogre is a legendary Water-type Pokémon, revered as the creator of the seas. Introduced in Generation III with the Hoenn region, Kyogre is one of the three super-ancient Pokémon, alongside Groudon and Rayquaza, central to the region's mythology. Its Pokédex entry often describes it as having expanded the oceans by bringing heavy rains and tidal waves, a power it used to battle Groudon, who conversely expanded the landmasses. In the games, Kyogre is the mascot of Pokémon Sapphire and its remake, Alpha Sapphire, where it awakens from a long slumber due to Team Aqua's efforts to expand the sea. Its behavior is typically depicted as majestic and powerful, capable of controlling vast bodies of water. It has no evolutionary line but can undergo Primal Reversion into Primal Kyogre, significantly boosting its power. As a Water-type, it is strong against Fire, Ground, and Rock types, but weak against Electric and Grass types. Kyogre's immense power and role in shaping the world have made it a fan favorite and a significant figure in Pokémon lore, appearing in numerous games, anime episodes, and movies.
