Kecleon, the Color Swap Pokémon, is a Normal type Pokémon introduced in Generation III. Its diet consists mainly of insects, which it catches with its long, sticky tongue. In the anime, Kecleon has made several appearances, often showcasing its stealth and mischievous nature. It does not evolve from or into any other Pokémon, making it a standalone creature with a distinct identity. Its role in the games often involves guarding valuable items or serving as a shopkeeper, notably in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series, where Kecleon shops are notoriously challenging to steal from due to the formidable Kecleon guards.
