Galvantula

Galvantula, the EleSpider Pokémon, is an Electric and Bug type creature introduced in Generation V with the Unova region. It evolves from Joltik starting at level 36. Joltik are tiny and often attach themselves to larger Pokémon to absorb static electricity, while Galvantula are considerably larger and use their electrified fur and webs to capture prey. In the wild, Galvantula are known to live in caves and forests, spinning electrically charged webs to ensnare their victims. Their diet primarily consists of smaller Bug-type Pokémon that get caught in their traps. In the games, Galvantula is a swift special attacker, often utilized for its ability to set up Sticky Web, a hazard that lowers the speed of incoming Pokémon. In the anime, Galvantula often appear as wild Pokémon or are owned by trainers who specialize in Electric or Bug types, showcasing their powerful electrical abilities. Their unique design, combining elements of a spider with electric properties, has made them a memorable Pokémon for many fans since their debut.
