Wigglytuff

Wigglytuff, the Balloon Pokémon, is a Normal/Fairy-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It evolves from Jigglypuff when exposed to a Moon Stone, and its pre-evolution, Igglybuff, was later introduced as a baby Pokémon in Generation II. Wigglytuff is renowned for its incredibly soft, balloon-like body and large, captivating eyes. In the anime, Jigglypuff, and by extension Wigglytuff, is often depicted with a penchant for singing lullabies, which invariably puts everyone around it to sleep, much to its frustration. This behavior has cemented its place as a memorable and somewhat comical figure in the Pokémon world. Its natural habitat includes grasslands and forests, where its soft fur allows it to move silently and blend in with its surroundings. Wigglytuff's gentle nature and powerful singing voice make it a unique presence in both the games and the anime, often serving as a symbol of comfort and surprising strength. Its type combination offers interesting matchups, being immune to Ghost-type attacks and resistant to Fighting, while being weak to Steel and Poison.
