Raichu

Raichu, the Mouse Pokémon, is the evolved form of the iconic Pikachu and was first introduced in Generation I alongside its pre-evolution. This Electric-type Pokémon is known for its long, thin tail that helps it ground itself, preventing it from being shocked by its own powerful electrical attacks. Raichu typically inhabits forests and plains, often found near power plants or areas with high electrical activity, where it can absorb electricity to recharge. In the Pokémon games, Raichu is a solid choice for its speed and special attack, while in the anime, it has appeared as a formidable opponent, most notably as Lt. Surge's powerful companion.
