Purugly

Purugly, the Tiger Cat Pokémon, is a Normal-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It evolves from Glameow starting at level 38. Known for its portly appearance and often grumpy demeanor, Purugly is a rather distinct feline Pokémon. Its Pokédex entries often highlight its aggressive and bossy nature, particularly towards other Pokémon, which it intimidates with its size and imposing presence. In the games, Purugly is often associated with Team Galactic, notably as the signature Pokémon of Commander Mars. Its natural habitat typically includes urban areas and sometimes caves, reflecting its adaptability. While not a top-tier competitive Pokémon, its unique design and personality have earned it a loyal following among fans. Its Normal typing gives it only one weakness, to Fighting-type moves, and a complete immunity to Ghost-type moves, making it surprisingly resilient in certain matchups.
