Palossand ex

Palossand is a Ghost/Ground-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VII, hailing from the tropical Alola region. It evolves from Sandygast starting at level 42. Known as the Sand Castle Pokémon, Palossand is formed from grudges and sand, often appearing on beaches where it creates sand traps to ensnare prey. Its Pokédex entries describe it as a possessive and territorial Pokémon, capable of controlling the sand around it to build its body and capture unsuspecting victims. It preys on smaller Pokémon and even humans, draining their life force. In the games, it's a formidable special attacker with good defensive stats, often found in coastal areas. In the anime, Palossand have been depicted as mischievous and powerful entities, sometimes causing trouble for Ash and his friends. Its unique concept as a sentient sandcastle gives it a memorable and somewhat eerie presence within the Pokémon world, reflecting themes of natural elements imbued with supernatural power. Its dual typing provides interesting matchups, being immune to Electric-type attacks and resistant to Poison and Bug, but vulnerable to Water, Grass, Ice, and Ghost moves.
