Ninjask

Ninjask, the Ninja Pokémon, is a Bug/Flying type introduced in Generation III with the release of the Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire games. It evolves from Nincada at level 20, and uniquely, if a trainer has an empty slot in their party and a Poké Ball when Nincada evolves into Ninjask, a Shedinja will also appear. This dual evolution mechanic is a hallmark of Ninjask’s evolutionary line and adds to its mystique. In the games, Ninjask is known for its incredible speed, often having the highest Speed stat among non-legendary Pokémon, allowing it to strike first in battle. Its shrill cries are said to cause headaches, and it moves so fast that it's often invisible to the naked eye. Ninjask typically inhabits forests and grassy areas where it can dart among trees and evade predators. Its diet consists primarily of tree sap. In the anime, Ninjask is often portrayed as a mischievous and highly agile Pokémon, difficult to catch due to its speed. It played notable roles in episodes featuring trainers who specialize in Bug-type Pokémon, showcasing its evasive abilities and unique evolution. Its distinct design, resembling a cicada, also gives it a recognizable place in the vast Pokémon ecosystem.
