Minun

Minun, the Cheering Pokémon, is an Electric-type creature introduced in Generation III alongside its counterpart, Plusle. These two Pokémon are known for their ability to generate positive and negative electrical charges, respectively, often seen cheering on other Pokémon. Minun's natural habitat includes grassy fields and forests, where it lives in small groups, frequently interacting with Plusle. Its diet primarily consists of berries and other plant matter. In the games, Minun is often found in areas like the Hoenn region's Route 110 and Route 118, and later in various other regions. It does not evolve from or into any other Pokémon, making it a standalone creature. As an Electric-type, it is strong against Flying and Water types, but weak against Ground types. In the anime, Minun and Plusle often appear as companions to various trainers, notably Drew, showcasing their supportive nature. Their design, inspired by cheerleaders, has given them a unique cultural significance as symbols of teamwork and encouragement within the Pokémon universe.
