Maintenance is not a Pokémon, but rather a Trainer card, a staple in the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Trainer cards represent items, supporters, or stadiums that players can use to influence the game, often by drawing cards, healing Pokémon, or disrupting an opponent's strategy. Unlike Pokémon cards, Trainer cards do not have a specific type, HP, or evolution line, nor do they appear in the Pokédex. They are a fundamental part of the game's strategy, allowing players to execute complex plans and recover from difficult situations. The concept of Trainer cards has been present since the very first generation of the Pokémon TCG, mirroring the role of trainers and their various tools within the video games and anime.
