Latias is a legendary Psychic/Dragon-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III, alongside its counterpart, Latios. In the games, Latias (and Latios) often roam the region after the player has completed specific events, making them challenging to catch. In the anime, Latias played a prominent role in the movie "Pokémon Heroes: Latios & Latias," where it showcased its protective nature and ability to disguise itself.
