Kyogre Ex

Kyogre is a legendary Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III as one of the super-ancient Pokémon alongside Groudon and Rayquaza. It is depicted as a colossal whale-like creature with a deep blue body and red markings, said to have expanded the seas by causing torrential rains. Its natural habitat is the deep ocean, where it slumbers for millennia, only to awaken when its rival, Groudon, stirs. Kyogre's diet is unknown, but its immense power is intrinsically linked to the ocean itself. In the games, it is the mascot of Pokémon Sapphire and plays a pivotal role in the storyline involving Team Aqua's attempt to awaken it to expand the oceans. In the anime, Kyogre has made several appearances, often in conflicts with Groudon, demonstrating its ability to control weather patterns and summon vast amounts of water. Its cultural significance lies in its representation of the power and majesty of the ocean, often revered and feared for its ability to shape the world. It does not evolve from or into any other Pokémon. As a pure Water-type, it is strong against Fire, Ground, and Rock types, and weak against Electric and Grass types.
