Hoppip

Hoppip, the Cottonweed Pokémon, is a Grass/Flying type introduced in Generation II. Hoppip evolves into Skiploom starting at level 18, which then evolves into Jumpluff starting at level 27. In the games, its dual typing gives it resistances to Grass and Fighting, but also makes it particularly vulnerable to Fire, Flying, Poison, Rock, and Ice attacks. Hoppip often appears in the Pokémon anime as a common wild Pokémon, embodying themes of nature and the gentle flow of life.
