Gastly is a mysterious, gaseous Pokémon first introduced in Generation I as one of the original 151 Pokémon. As a Ghost/Poison type, it is renowned for its spectral form and mischievous nature, often found haunting old, dilapidated buildings and dark places. Gastly is the first stage in an iconic evolutionary line, evolving into Haunter and then into the formidable Gengar, a fan favorite and a powerful presence in both the video games and the anime.
