It evolves from Eevee when exposed to a Fire Stone, transforming its genetic makeup to harness immense internal heat. As a pure Fire-type, Flareon excels against Grass, Ice, Bug, and Steel types, while being vulnerable to Water, Ground, and Rock attacks. In the games, Flareon is a strong physical attacker with high Attack and Special Defense stats. In the anime, Flareon often appears as a companion Pokémon, showcasing its affectionate yet powerful demeanor, such as Sparky's Flareon in "The Battling Eevee Brothers."
