As a legendary Pokémon, Dialga does not evolve from or into any other Pokémon. In the games, it plays a pivotal role in the storyline of *Pokémon Diamond* and *Pearl*, where its power is sought by Team Galactic to create a new universe. In the anime, Dialga has appeared in several movies, most notably *The Rise of Darkrai*, and episodes, often depicted in conflict with Palkia or Giratina due to their conflicting domains. Culturally, Dialga represents the relentless march of time and the profound impact it has on existence, making it a figure of immense respect and awe in the Pokémon world.
