Dark Raticate

Raticate, the Rat Pokémon, is a Normal-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It is the evolved form of Rattata, known for its incredible speed and powerful incisors. Raticate are highly adaptable creatures, found in a variety of habitats from urban environments to forests and caves across regions like Kanto, Johto, and Alola. Their diet is diverse, consisting of berries, nuts, and even small Pokémon, which they can chew through with ease using their incredibly strong front teeth. In the games, Raticate often serves as an early-game Pokémon that can be surprisingly effective due to its high Speed stat. Ash Ketchum famously had a Rattata that he briefly traded for a Raticate in the anime, highlighting its role as a common but capable Pokémon. Its persistent presence throughout the Pokémon franchise, often as a recurring antagonist or a reliable early-game companion, has cemented its place in the hearts of many fans, symbolizing the resilience and ubiquity of nature.
