Bewear

Bewear, the Strong Arm Pokémon, is a Normal/Fighting-type introduced in Generation VII. It evolves from Stufful starting at level 27. Native to the Alola region, Bewear is known for its deceptively cute appearance contrasting with its immense strength. Its powerful hugs, while meant as a sign of affection, are incredibly dangerous and can easily crush anything it embraces. This behavior leads many in the Alola region to post warning signs about Bewear in forests. In the anime, Bewear is famously depicted as a maternal figure, often rescuing Team Rocket with incredible feats of speed and strength, carrying them away to its secret lair. Its diet primarily consists of berries and other plant matter, but its formidable power makes it a top-tier predator in its natural habitat despite its gentle demeanor. Bewear's unique type combination gives it weaknesses to Flying, Psychic, and Fairy-type moves, while resisting Bug, Rock, and Dark types, and being immune to Ghost. It plays a significant role in the Alola region's ecosystem and folklore, often being portrayed as a symbol of both danger and protective affection.
