Arceus

Arceus, often revered as the "Alpha Pokémon," is a Normal-type mythical Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It is said to have created the Sinnoh region and, indeed, the entire Pokémon universe itself, making it one of the most powerful and significant Pokémon in existence. Arceus is unique in that it can change its type to any of the 18 known Pokémon types when holding a corresponding Plate or Z-Crystal in the video games. Its natural habitat is not definitively known, as it is believed to reside in a dimension separate from our own, only appearing when necessary to maintain cosmic balance.
