Alolan Ninetales

Alolan Ninetales is an exquisite Ice/Fairy-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VII as an Alolan regional variant of the classic Ninetales. Unlike its Kantonian counterpart, which is a Fire-type, Alolan Ninetales thrives in cold, snowy environments, particularly on the highest peaks of Mount Lanakila in the Alola region. Its fur is a pristine white, resembling freshly fallen snow, and its nine tails are said to be capable of creating blizzards and ice crystals. The Pokédex lore suggests that Alolan Ninetales is a benevolent guardian of the mountains, often seen guiding lost travelers to safety, although some tales imply it does so to encourage them to leave its territory quickly. It evolves from Alolan Vulpix when exposed to an Ice Stone. In the games, its unique typing gives it an advantage against Dragon, Fighting, and Dark types, while being weak to Steel, Fire, and Rock.
