Spoink is a Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III, hailing from the Hoenn region. If Spoink stops bouncing, its heart will stop, making its existence a continuous, rhythmic motion. Their diet primarily consists of mineral-rich soil and small, nutritious plants. Spoink evolves into Grumpig starting at level 32, a more powerful Psychic-type known for its hypnotic abilities.
